The hotel rooms were very sparse and plain, with cheap bedding and amenities that fell below Hyatt standards. The maintenance was lacking, and the location was far from key attractions. Additionally, the upgrade pricing for booking guests was significantly higher than regular reservations.
The hotel is in a lovely location, with a beautiful beachfront and good snorkeling opportunities. The rooms were satisfactory overall, but there were some issues with upgraded pricing. The service was exceptional, especially from Mr Amr, offering top-notch assistance. However, there were some discrepancies in service levels among staff members, with some lacking cultural sensitivity.
The hotel is quite far from everything and the air conditioning in the room didn't work, which was a letdown. However, the room itself was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel also had an unusual policy of charging different rates for upgrades based on booking channels, which was frustrating. On the plus side, the rooms are clean.
The hotel offers big, clean rooms almost fully equipped with needed facilities. However, the deep clean was delayed until the day after my arrival. The upgrade charges for booking through a third-party site were significantly higher compared to regular reservations.
The hotel rooms are big and comfortable, the food has a lot of varieties and is tasty, and the building and views are beautiful. However, the room is a bit outdated. The service was exemplary and very friendly. The location is perfect, but a bit isolated and requires a taxi ride to the main attractions. The dining experience was good with a nice variety but could get crowded at peak times. The facilities are decent but could use some improvements.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were big and modern, ready for me at 3 pm, and offered a partial sea view. The awesome, clean rooms and hotel overall left a great impression. The service was top-notch, with helpful and kind staff always greeting me with a smile. The location, though not within walking distance of Nema Bay, was still amazing with lovely evenings, a private beach for snorkeling, and a great atmosphere for relaxation. The dining experience was fantastic, especially at Sala Thai. Overall, a great value for money.
